I've heard about this program and decided to Google it. I ended up finding it on MoreAwesomeThanYou!, but the download links are broken. I've got quite a beefy downloads folder, and I wanted to compress it- maybe my game will run faster?-

Any help would be appreciated

 

So, I was messing about with my machine the other day and...I pressed properties on my EA Games folder. I compressed it. Will this break anything? I didn't use a particular programme, just what the machine gives you by default. The font has turned blue on the folder and I was just curious to see if I borkified anything.
-Should I delete my .cache files?
Any replies would be greatly appricated.
EDIT: It seems to be working fine. However, does anyone know why the titles of the folders are now blue? It's not gonna blow up, is it? *paranoid* It's actually loading quite a bit quicker.
EDITx2: I uncompressed it because I have a 298 GB hard drive so I guess I'm safe. Thank you so much. For a second there, I thought my head was gonna pop off, LOL. 
 

I know there's a hacked object that allows this, but I was hoping for a mod that already toggles the plumbbob when you start the game. I'm not sure if such a thing exists, but I thought I'd ask.

I've been looking around lately (MTS2, ect...) for a bald hairstyle for children Simmies. I have no idea how to convert it myself, I tried, and it was an EPIC FALIURE.  I seriously debated on carving my eyes out with a spoon. I will be forever scarred, LOL.

Something that just screams, "The world is ending and all hope is lost".

Well,
I have a household with a teenager and a child.
When the teenager goes to school via her car or walking, she comes home with homework like normal.
The child, however, gets off the bus, goes to the mailbox, looks at her report card, and has a jump error and doesn't bring home homework. I ran the HDCU scanner and picked through my "Downloads" folder. Nothing seems to be wrong. It says that the child has an A-. Is this a Maxis/EA bug?

I am INFURIATED at the moment. So, for the first time in awhile, I log onto the Sims 2's website because I made a totally awesome Sim, just like usual.... and when I load up my SimPage, all my work is gone. No more Sims, no more stories, no more lots...it's all gone. So, I begin writing my story again, and when I upload the third chapter it just all falls into some abyss where I'll never see it again. So, every time I upload something new, they rip everything down due to "culling". (Culling my foot...) So, all those hours I spent Photoshopping, tweaking, and prefecting my work has just been wasted. I also tried getting help on the BBS Forums, but guess what? They deleted my post. So, I basically used my whole SimPage to tell them how much they suck.

Basically, has this ever happened to anyone else?

I was just curious...Olive Spector has the memory of WooHooing with Grimmy. Is there any way to make other Sims WooHoo with him and get that memory? I've got a really insanely romantic Sim who wants a li'l lovin' from the Grim.

I have a Sim. She's not exactly your average teenager. She's a murderous vampire on a WooHoo binge.  Anyways, I was hoping someone could build a evil-dark-hopeless type of home for her. Just big enough to fit her, and her three equally-crazy creature girlfriends. Yes, yes, being a Sim in my game is  a very, very, scary thing...Just don't ask what happened to her 17 boyfriends that "mysteriously" dissapeared after they went to check out her brand new cowplant...

The other day, I was browsing around and saw a TS3 mod where the Sims water breaks right before they go into labour. I'm completely ignorant when it comes to Sim PE (my computer hates it) and modding. If someone could attempt this, that wold be fabulous. I have all EPS, Mansion and Garden Stuff, Celebration Stuff, Ikea Home Stuff, and Teen Style Stuff.

I have an odd obsession with insane asylums. I have no idea why. I was hoping somebody could make a CC-less residental loony hut for all my "chemically imbalenced" Simmies. I have: All EPS, Ikea Home Stuff, Teen Style Stuff, Celebration! Stuff, and Mansion and Garden Stuff. I would be VERY greatful to anyone who could attempt this. Please note, don't make it microscopic if you don't mind. Just big enough for eight. Thank you. My computer unfortunately, is CC intolerant when it comes to buy mode and build mode custom content. It really borks my game.

I am having a terrible problem on the Sims 2's website. All my stories are being erased after I upload a new one- no matter how long I wait. I've got all EPS, Teen Style Stuff, Celebration! Stuff, Mansion and Garden Stuff,  & Ikea Home Stuff. I've just dealt with the problem as a poor source of protest, but obviously, they haven't done anything about it since abandoning us for the Sims 3. I was hoping I could get some much needed help here. I'm REALLY not sure how else to fix this problem.
