I rarely upload to the exchange, but doesn't it give you a option to upload a custom picture from your computer? I don't know about Sims 3 but I think that's how it is for Sims 2.

Hi, I was wondering if someone could make some outfits for me? Or if there are any outfits that look kinda like these, would be great.
Hikari's outfit for teen, and Akari's for child or teen if possible.
And can the school outfits be teen or YA. And could be with, or without jacket. And regular shoes or sneakers xD. I'm not picky. ;p
