Great job recreating the game. The sets and mansion look great, better than the original EGA game. And the costumes...well, you show more dedication than I would've had.  *applauds*

I have a copy of The Colonel's Bequest,..haven't played it in ages.

I've never seen, not been able to make a Sim blow a kiss while seated at a table/dining. Heard its possible though.

Using SimPE you can take any clothing for YA, Adult, and Elder and edit them to fit any or all of these ages.

Right, I should have said they are preloaded to use certain skintones - if you have them. If you don't have them, they don't do anything.

christianluv also made a set of 4 paintings that were skintone selectors that had a bunch of preloaded skins in them- the 4th being customizable. I wish I could find them again, because my 4th one got corrupted and is unusable now.

If you have the Insimenator,you can spawn the temporal adjuster and set a Sim's age to whatever life stage you wish.

I'm not certain if I have the JM clothign tool, but thanks for the replies.  I have noticed that if I use the "temporal adjustor" and age a student to adult, then no one gets in the cab with them.

When a Sim graduates, regardless of whether there was a graduation party or just called a cab, or used newspaper to find new place,  and regardless of whether its a Greek house, dorm or house...the first Sim gets in the cab to move out and all playable Sims on the lot jump in with them, leaving an empty house behind.

The only solution I've found is with Insiminator hacks by making the moving out Sim "unselectable" then using the family tree to "remove from family as townie". Not even putting a fence or wall around the other Sims helps. Having a guest over and making the guest selectable before everyone climbs in the cab has worked. I can then summon the others back that shouldn't have left.

Anyone have a solution to this annoying problem or I am the only that's ever had this happen?

Problem solved.

I had been trying opening from the neighborhood browser, but after reading the above, I tried opening the package and had the same result. I still haven't tried emptying the downloads folder.
