Simmers' Paradise / General Sims 2 Help / My bodyshop isn't working at all!

You could have a corrupt sim in your saved sims folder. Try pulling all of you files out of there and see if it starts then. If it does, that's the problem. You'll have to go through them and see which one is corrupt by putting half of them back in the saved sims folder and starting your bodyshop again. If your bodyshop starts, you know that sim is in the half you didn't put back. If it doesn't start, you'll know the bad file is in the half you did put back and you can take if from there. Just keep talking half you files out untill you find which one is causing the problem.

Simmers' Paradise / General Sims 2 Help / Bigg Prob for me......

After you install a new EP, move your downloads folder to your desktop or my documents (or somewhere out of the game, don't delete it, just move it), open body shop from your new EP and body shop will automatically create a new downloads folder in your game. Then, move all of your downloads out of your old folder and put them your new one and your stuff should show up in your game. All you have to do after that is make sure what ever you transfer is compatible with your new EP. If something isn't, check the site that you got the download from for updates.

Simmers' Paradise / General Sims 2 Help / Please Help! cant see sims!!

You can always download the skin tone selector from MTS2 and download some skins that are compatible with it. Then you just click on the sim you want to give a skin tone too and change it to one you installed that is compatable with the skin tone changer. Remember though, the skin tones you want to use have to be compatable with the changer or it won't work. There's a list of skins that are compatable with it on the page. Make sure you read the creators post on how to use it. Good luck. Click this link. http://www.modthesims2.com/showthread.php?t=203624

Simmers' Paradise / General Sims 2 Help / Accessory Clitch in CAS
|

Ahh, okay, that makes sense. I do have a fairly good video card but it's not top of the line. However, my NL lots haven't always been laggy. It seems to me that didn't start happening until I installed Uni or OFB I believe. Maybe in the NL case, all of it is just too much game for the card to handle properly.
Thank you beosboxboy.

Simmers' Paradise / General Sims 2 Help / Accessory Clitch in CAS

Hi all.
I have this wierd thing happening everytime I open CAS in my game. When ever I click on the accessory/make up option, the screen get's very slow and clitchy. It doesn't do this with any of the other CAS options, just the make up/accessory one. It's been happening for quite sometime now and I can't seem to figure out why. Also, all of my Nightlife lots are very slow and kind of glithcy too but none of the other lots in my game are. I have all EPs and the OFB lots and the Uni lots work just fine. I also don't know if the NL lot problem and the CAS problem are related but it wouldn't surprise me. Anyone have any ideas as to what might be causing this?

Simmers' Paradise / General Sims 2 Help / pregnancy not showing in stats?

Did you happen to have her woo hoo before she went to college? It seems to me, and correct me if I'm wrong, that if you get your teen pregnant (weather intentional or not) and move them to college, the pregancy won't show up again until they become an adult. Like I said, I could be wrong about this but it seems to me I heard something like this happening to someone else. It is weird that insim isn't detecting it though. Very interesting.
