Retired Creators / Guest Recolors / 5 maxis hawaii outfits for infants on holiday
|
on: December 31, 2007, 08:07:39 pm
|
here's a few infant outfits for their first family holiday and if you're missing a colour or two, i'm open for requests:angel: Read this before downloading: 1. NO additional meshes needed, since the mesh is "built in" 2. REMOVE all other infant outfits - both recolors and meshes - or they will conflict with these ones. Put only ONE of the outfits in your downloads folder 3. The graphic setting SIM/DETAIL must be on high for the outfits to work correctly. 4. Put this in you Downloads folder (or defaults folder if that's what you use) 5. The clothes override the diaper and works just like the maxis diaper. They go off when you ask a sim to bathe the baby or change its diaper. 6. ALL infants will wear the outfit you choose - both girls and boys 7. Thanks Bloom

Hmm my grahpics are up all the way and the daiper pops out. Also the hat doesnt show up. But other than that, it is adorable! then I've got no idea what's wrong... maybe Bloom knows. are you sure you've got everything on high? I think it's the sim-detail that's most important. and you're absolutely sure you don't have another infant override? oh, by the way, the yellow onesie'll be up for download in a few minutes

Simmers' Paradise / General Sims 2 Help / infant behave like toddler
|
on: December 31, 2007, 07:48:30 pm

you don't need simpe for the others, but maybe for infants, though. they are the only ones I don't know how to do it with.
an example for the others (it's been a while since the last time I did it) you make a child to a toddler, and then delete the sim with the Insim machine. then you make them come back with the summoner, and then you've got a child-behaving toddler.

here's the fifth bunch of clothes (and yes, there's more to come ) this is the toddler blue coats refitted for infants, and also recolored. one thing, though. I've fixed the stripes so they are grey (like on the original)instead of very colored, but I've not taken new photos of them. the pictures are named after the files... Read this before downloading: 1. Thanks Bloom and if you miss a color, please let me know

here's the fourth maxis-converted outfits for infants. this time the toddler flower dresses. hope you like them!:D the pictures are named after the files, but I've not included pictures of all of them this time. all colors are the same, but in one zip-file you'll find dresses with socks, and in the other dresses without socks. Read this before downloading: 1. NO additional meshes needed, since the mesh is "built in" 2. REMOVE all other infant outfits - both recolors and meshes - or they will conflict with these ones. Put only ONE of the outfits in your downloads folder 3. The graphic setting SIM/DETAIL must be on high for the outfits to work correctly. dresses won't work correctly otherwise. Thanks Bloom and if you miss a color, please let me know

Oh i figured it out. Also, do you need an invisible diaper thing, cause the diaper pops out on mine. ANNND is there supposed to be a hat or no? I feel stupid haha. no you don't need anything other than one of these files. it is a recolored mesh, which means that the mesh and recolor is in the same file. but you must have the graphics turned on the highest, and you can not have another infant mesh in your game, because it will conflict with this one. and yes, it's supposed to have a hat. hope this helps... oh, and all the files are in the same zip-file, if that's what you meant just download the file and pick the one you want.

these are not maxis, I know , but I never finished a request that someone came with (can't remember the name) until now. I really hope you like them! one of the blue onesies is a bit darker blue than the hospital ones. the pictures are named after the files... Read this before downloading: 1. 4.
