The cigen.package contain all the thumbnails that are created on the fly ,when you are using Bodyshop ,,,
it's the other files with name bodyshop registry that you MUST get rid of.

IF YOU WANT TO BE ABLE TO USE BODYSHOP AGAIN ! DELETE THE FILES CONTAINING THE NAME ""BODYSHOP ~ REGISTRY" or what ever its call !

edit:Actually "Wardrobe Wrangler" by DJS Sims is awesome for categorizing your accessories ,It makes it so easy to assign an acc. to a particular body slot...
(eg.nose, head,ears, ("forehead" ya go figure ) ,etc.ect. this way you know that for exemple (a hat) wont overwrite the left ring body slot ...

assigning a hat or nose ring to the toes slot as no negative consequences whatsoever ,but its good practices to keep all hats in the same slot (top of the head) ,,,this way when you change your hat for another one ,,,the first one is remove automatically because 2 different accessory cannot share the same slot at the same time .
this is true for all available slots.
ps:You can also create custom slot indefinitely ,I often have Sims with 20+ jewelery and accessories at the same time ,LOL

use the Wardrobe Wrangler and put a check mark under naked and all other categories you wish (et voila)

Bodyshop creates an error "log" after crashing ,,that prevents it from starting the next time around ,,until that specific file is deleted!
(this is no regular error log and  cannot be read with notepad++ as the extension would suggest)

Unfortunately ,I have not use bodyshops in some months and i cant recall the name of this file...
I'm 90% certain that the files should be located in the same folder as the .cache ...
I also (sort-off) recall that the name bodyshops was in the file name as well ..
If you list me all the files that are in there i would recognize the name .

I was looking at your request and turns out that "MayPink" as only recolor Peggy's mesh (as stated :Peggy #04210 Retexture ,mesh not included)
Sorry ,I don't do Peggy or TSR no matter if they free or not .
ps.: unless she change her policy ,I'm sure peggy's mesh are out of reach ...try GOS ,they have no conscience when it comes to They Love remeshing Peggy's work 

Have you configured it before putting it in your DL folder ?
I don't think it'll do much if you don't put the "aweconf.package" file alone with it! - Its not included with the mod ,you have to configure it yourself Here:

Also delete scriptcache.package prior to loading your game and
make sure there is no other "Core Mod" in your Downloads... [Sims3Dashboard by Delphy and S3Launcher "Custom Launcher for The Sims 3" can help finding conflict]
