Hello everyone!

Some may know me from the Exchange or my separate writing website as "fatedicewolf28." I wrote on the Exchange for awhile, wrote countless stories which I abandoned half of.

One of my stories I think some might know in "You'll Never Know Me" (YNKM) which was my reply to all those annoying vampire love stories which were carbon copies of Twilight *shivers* (lol don't worry, it's not about vampires at ALL).

Another one you may know is "You're My Obsession" (YMO) which is kind of a 'how to avoid psychopaths' and a 'don't get involved with strange, much older men you just met.' May seem like it's a given but you'd be surprised how many girls I knew in middle school who were dating 30 year olds. Oh, and YMO is based off of real missing cases of young teenage girls. Bridie Spencer:

A former US Marine with a specialty in tactical warfare. Graduated from US Merchant Marine Academy, top in her class. She petitioned the Governor to allow her to join the Tactics Team which goes undercover to prevent trouble on US soil. She is the leader of her specialty group.



"Anora":

Computer specialist. Graduated from MIT. Tracks down hackers.



"Vara":

Sniper specialist. Has no known background.



Rivika de Gris:

Hostage Negotiator. Holds a Master's in Psychology. Graduated in the top of her class. Has no prior law enforcement or military experience.

I've been getting tons of questions on how to use 'Pooklet color actions' on clothes and such. Well, now I'll explain it to you 

I'm using CS2 Photoshop currently. You know, the ancient Photoshop without the picture extractor? Oh, joy ^.^

But, this can be used with any photoshop (after CS2 that is).

At first, PSDs files may seem a little intimidating. But, once you familiarize yourself with it, you'll have no problems.

So let’s begin, shall we?

1. Download the dress (mesh is included).

NOTE: I have chosen this dress because I have already Pooklet’d and recolored it with a dozen different color actions so I’d call it ‘tried and true’ for beginners.



You’ve downloaded and exported it now. Let’s name it ‘PookletProject’. Easy to remember, right?



Now, navigate to your Sims 2 folder, then your Projects folder. There you will find your ‘PookletProject’.



Open your texture bmp. We want that one



This is the image we want to see. If you don’t see this, please recheck your steps.

IMPORTANT: You downloaded the Pooklet file, right? Unzipped it, too? If so, open up the Pooklet PSD files.



Navigate to where you saved it. Now, open up 07 – Volatile. We always start with Volatile. Why? It’s the base color. But, before you can use Volatile, you need white or light silver. Either color will work. However, closer to white, the better.



Do you see both files? Good. If not, please recheck your steps.



Now, zoom in on the layers in the corner (there will always been layers for PSDs. If your PSD is flat, you may have accidentally flattened it).



CTRL + CLICK on the layers until all are selected. DUPLICATE the layers onto your project file as shown above.



Your image should now look like this. Notice the hair texture in the corner? Fortunately, in this outfit, the hair image will NOT show up in Bodyshop. However, when working  with clothing where it could show up just simply hide the hair texture by tucking it away somewhere in the image.

But, don’t worry about that. We’ll cover that in the next tutorial.



Your gorgeous Pooklet’d outfit. Now, from this point on, you will add PSDs on top of the Volatile color. Remember, you MUST keep the Volatile color on the outfit or else the colors will come out wrong.

A close friend of mine who usually tests my clothing is super busy for awhile. I was wondering if anyone wants to take up the job of testing my clothes in-game and giving ABSOLUTE honest feedback and their opinion.

I have another member of my site testing clothing but I always need more than one person's opinion.

Pooklet'd in the lighter unnaturals and all the naturals except for the black colors. They came out looking really weird. Anyone ever recolor something in black and it has speckles of orange and green in it...?

I did the normal recolors of NataliS's halter formal and then I decided to so different recolors (using Pooklet's color actions).

So hopefully, one of them will appeal to your interest  

By the way, I used Volatile and the lighter unnatural colors. They normally turn out the best for clothing ^.^ Volatile can be seen in the title picture

Anyways, this dress kinda reminded me of the old dresses my grandma wore in the 1950s-1960s when she worked as a model. It had CPU written all over it

So I converted this lovely dress to Classic-Pin-up and recolored. I'm also uploading the Pooklet'd version of it soon ^.^

Sorry, I haven't been around in awhile to those whose requests I promised to fulfill. I've been away from the computer for nearly a week until a couple days ago. I'm trying to catch up on finishing a promised mesh along with a sim so bare with me

I know Chriko's site has been long gone but I need some help finding a teen mesh (it also has an adult equivalent but I desperately don't want to convert the mesh myself).

My first set of eyes. They are quite literally 'Bette Davis Eyes'. I extracted them from a picture of Bette Davis and recolored them in fifteen lovely colors.
