Simmers' Paradise / Sims / *In Progress*Self Sim
|
on: June 15, 2010, 10:32:18 pm

Hello, my name is Ashley and I am 20 years old , so I'd want an adult sim. Also, my eyes are blue-green and hair is naturally curly& brown. My lips curve a bit up usually, they just weren't in the pics. I realize that this all depends on someone who is willing and not a requirement. If anyone could please do this I'd be grateful! Simmers' Paradise / Sims / *In Progress* Oerba Yun Fang from Final Fantasy 13

If someone could make her (including her outfit if possible) I would greatly appreciate it. I've tried using regular models I've downloaded but it just doesn't seem to fit. She would not need to have the tattoo or staff or even the jewelry if it's too hard. -Ashley

Simmers' Paradise / General Sims 2 Discussion / Re: What was Your First Sims 2 Experience Like?

Well, thanks to my friend who introduced me to the Sims 1 I kept a close watch on if/when they were making a Sims 2. When it came out, I remember rushing to the store and getting it. I think there were only 2 left other than the one I had gotten at the time. I remember I read the book at least 2 times because I would forget camera shortcuts. I also remember feeling (and still do sometimes) happy as a puppy with a new toy. I don't know, just something about this game I love. Perhaps putting all the stories in my head to life, or perhaps it's the "escape from reality". Especially with the hundreds of cc and mods, I'm in simmer's heaven

Simmers' Paradise / General Sims 2 Discussion / Re: Should i get Freetime Or Apartment Life?
|

I would say apartment life because it seems more worth the money. In freetime, sure you have pottery, fixing the car, the genie, etc but to me it was a bit lacking. In apartment life you can finally have a relatively nice place (depending on how you decorate/condition of actual apartment) and you know exactly what you are paying. The prices can be a bit expensive at times if you don't have a high paying career, but you save money to get new furniture and such rather than spend it all getting a usually shabby starter house (unless cc). I also really like how you can have created sims in the apartments without actually controlling your other family, but yet you can have your sims introduce yourselves to them. I believe their relationships carry over to when you play the other family as well. Sorry, that was a bit of a ramble. Bottom line: FT is good for pretty much what is says, and if you like having all exp's then go for it, but as far as what you get for your money I would say AL

Simmers' Paradise / General Sims 2 Discussion / Mermaid and Werewolf names?
|
on: June 08, 2010, 01:25:31 am
|
For mermaids I've already used: Merrick, Cordelia, Poseidon, Nicodemus, Narissa, and Aquafina (water brand, I know) For werewolves I haven't a clue. I recently downloaded the female and male skintones and recolors (black, brown, burnt orange-brown). Any suggestions Ps: I hope this in the right spot. I read the rules/guidelines, so I hope no one thinks I am being demanding. ~Ash
