A helpful hint to all of you simmers for making tatoos is to open the body shop, find a skin you like
and export it to your projects folder.  Then open it in a graphic manipulation program like paint shop pro photo shop, or even gimp. find a picture that you want to use as a tat and using said program and turn it into a brush, no select the brush that you just made and apply it to the skin file, save it and import it to the game...
