If werewolves terrify, well they must always terrify and anyway they are not average folks - they should radically be sims acting peculiar actions generating peculiar reactions.
Same, of course, for zombies, witches/warlocks and so on.
In a certain way, this is all about behavior and habits. Reputation is one of the most aberrant thing: bad reputation is not a sum of infant spites but a whole way of life - out of the pack, out of range, out of the ten level job and the ten stars business, out of the well mannered puppets and the good mothers.
In the end, I tried and tried to make my sims a bit different from the bleating pack, but no way. Any hint? Any mod?
