1  Sims 2 Community Downloads / Residential / The Playwrights Pub & Inn on: June 02, 2012, 05:58:59 pm
So I've been playing Veronaville and really love the old english house look, so I wanted to make a restaurant which suited the neighbourhood lot looks. It then turned into a hotel as well, since I have Seasons installed and just to be purely english renamed it as a Pub and Inn. So without further ado:

The Playwrights Pub and Inn.

Ground floor includes a restaurant, bar, check-in desk, kitchens and restroom.

Second Floor includes 4 en-suite rooms.

Some more Pics ....

.... for some reason I didn't take any pictures of the rooms, but they all include a double bed, dresser, telephone, table and chair and en suite bathroom facilities. Since its meant to be placed in a living neighbourhood I didn't think extra things like a tv would be needed. #

Download Information:

Needs all expansion packs except University, Pets, Family Fun, Teen Style and Apartment Life.

CC Included (and many thanks to):
Wood Floors by Lewjen @ MTS
Garden flowers without ground cover by Targa @ MTS
Maxis "Lost & Found" #26: Floral Centerpiece repacked by Numenor @ MTS

Hope you all enjoy!
2  Simmers' Paradise / General Sims 2 Help / Moving Objects on Shelves on: December 24, 2009, 10:32:41 am
I havent played sims 2 for a while, so sorry if i seem a bit stupid.
In OFB, when you place items on the shelves for sale, there is a way to move the item from the top shelf to the bottom, without having filled up the top shelf first, I for the life of me cant remember which key it is, and ive tried almost all the keys on my keyboard.

Anyone know which one it is?
3  Sims 2 Community Downloads / Community / Cedarine Vineyard on: April 12, 2007, 12:50:02 pm
Soo... this is a vineyard type lot with a restaurant and a shop aswell where you can buy clothes.

EPs: Uni, NL and Seasons but if you don't mind just losing a fountain you don't really need Seasons. Also because this lot was built before any other EP's after NL were Installed I would say it is ok not to have the rest.

All objects are maxis so no need to list long lists - Please Enjoy!

5  Simmers' Paradise / The Shape of Stuff to Come / Old Barn on: April 11, 2007, 03:57:26 pm
I have been working on a small project to be my first ever upload here and it is going to be a kind of a run down stable/barn type of building for those who aren't as rich and maybe for stories of some people who are homeless etc. I don't have a photo to show yet but I'll update as soon as I can hopefully tomorrow.

(PS: if the mods think I should remove this post until then ok im sorry I just couldnt wait to say anything)
6  A Safe Haven / Forum Games / Fortunately - Unfortunately on: March 06, 2007, 11:56:39 am
So the aim of the game is to continue on from what the last member said by either using the word fortunately/unfortunately.

For example:

Unfortunately the boy was too small. Fortunately their was a ladder by the wall. Unfortunately it was broken...... etc.

Ok ill start:

There once was a dark and scary house.
7  Simmers' Paradise / General Sims 2 Help / Packages wont install. on: February 19, 2007, 11:03:11 am
I have recently re-installed the sims 2 and had all my downloads etc in zips so I wouldnt have to re-download them.

But the sims 2 Packs wont install without the sims2pack clean installer, thats fine I have it but Where do I install the lots for them to show up in my game?

Plus my downloads folder is missing, though I created a new one, will it still work.

Thanks a lot for those who help.
