The only skinny TM body mesh I know about is reeeally skinny, so I don't know if you'd like it if you didn't want too skinny. It's melodie9's 'Slim Family' shower-proof body mesh, and it has a variety of clothing in every category. Some of the downloads are in the comments, so make sure you look through them.
