I was hoping if someone could be nice enough to convert *this Sims 2 loincloth for use in The Sims 3?

I was wondering if someone could kindly create some Dremora tattoos based on some skin textures I found? I would like it if the tattoos were created as accessories and not for the tattoo tool.
