i tried removing all my cc, still didn't work, it crashes only when i go to edit a sim or make something and when i play my game in create a sim mode i can't see a sim its invisible.. i tried unistalling CEP the color packaging mod and everything it just seems to make no difference. i thought it was the CC at first but i removed it all and thats not the problem.
