I'm not sure it's possible for you to convert it.  I would have to upload it in the zip format.  There's lots of free rar programs out there, though.  Might be worth it to look into getting one.

Any EP is fine, but make sure you download the correct version of the InTeen.

To get a teen pregnant, you have to download one of those mods that you mentioned, and use it.  The InSIM's independant teen lets you get them pregnant, as does the Inteen.  I don't know what the other mod does, since I have never used it, but you can always just read the directions.

Well, the nice thing about the .package files is that your non pregnant sims can wear these too!
