This was a request by SEANPEARSE1234. It is a large home with a building in front for a home business and a small house in the back for the maid and other employees to sleep.

It's not really decorated so whoever uses it in their game can put their own personal touches on it.

This house sits on a 3x4 lot. It has two bedrooms upstairs and one in the basement. The basement has a full bathroom and a larger room that can be either chopped up into more bedrooms, or used as a playroom. I have also used it as an in-law or nanny living quarters in my game.

There are three bathrooms, one on each floor, and a nice deck on the back of the house.

It sells for 36K unfurnished (it's furnished in the pictures, but I removed the furniture prior to packaging).

This house has four bedrooms and an outhouse. Two of the bedrooms are in the attic, which is accessible by a single-tiled staircase (to conserve space).

I built the outhouse on a foundation to keep it the same level as the house for ease of play.

The lot size is 2x2 and it sells for 18K very partially furnished (outhouse, some kitchen stuff).

This is Happy Flamingo Trailer Park. It has four identically sized, but with differentl layouts--three with two bedrooms and one with a larger single bedroom.  And, of course, you can always ditch the second bedroom to make a larger kitchen/living area.

The park has a swimming pool and parking for four cars. It also has plenty of room to add picnic tables and swingsets, hottubs or whatever your Sims may need.

The gate goes all the way around the perimeter so you can lock out unwanted visitors (there are several gates though, so be sure to lock each one).

The lot size is 5x4 and it sells for 59K. The trailers are unfurnished. I finished the floors and walls, but feel free to redecorate to suit your own tastes.

This is a dorm that has 16 rooms, cafeteria, library, game room, gym, pool, rooftop area.  It comes completely furnished and ready to use.

It has some custom walls and floors by HabboArwen and one floor by me. Terrain paint by Danny3106 (both of those were downloaded from the exchange, so I do not know if they have their own websites as well).

edit: I recently used this in my game as a hospital/old age home. I placed it in the neighborhood and then as my Sims became elders, I moved them out of their homes and into this building. That way, they aren't bothering me with their constant complaining, but they can still phone and visit their families whenever they want to. And they never die, because I never actually play that lot.

I will upload more screenshots of the layout shortly. In case anyone has seen this lot before, it's because I have it on my page on the exchange. I didn't steal it from someone else.

I called this "Sunshine Farm" in my game, because the house is yellow.

The house itself has 1 bedroom downstairs and 2 upstairs. There are two bathrooms.  It has a large eat-in kitchen, comfortable sized living room and a small study/baby room off the kitchen and the downstairs bedroom (you could also make it a laundry room).  It also has a nice deck off the kitchen for entertaining.

I used a method I learned on the TS2 website for making stairs that use fewer tiles than the standard stairs. So be warned that if you try to change the staircase, you might not be able to unless you know how to use constrainfloorelevation true/false.

The lot size is 3x5. There is a small greenhouse with a small bathroom. Nightlife required for the driveway.

This lot might make a good home business lot for OFB.

It is unfurnished, has no custom content and sells for $54K.

This is a farmhouse I built a while ago. I think it may have been built pre-Nightlife because it doesn't have a driveway. You may not need anything but the base game to use it.

All of the custom wallpapers and floors were made by yours truly.

This "farm" sits on a 3X4 lot. The house has only one bedroom and a detached bathroom (it's a fancy outhouse, in other words). It is possible to reconfigure the bedroom and the bathroom to squeeze a small child's bedroom between them.

There's a little greenhouse-type building in the back.

It is unfurnished and sells for $50K.

This is an old factory building that I converted to a house for one of my large Sim families. It has five bedrooms, three full baths and two half baths (could have a shower). It has lovely exposed brick walls throughout.

It's on a 3x2 lot and is unfurnished, price 54K.

No driveway (I built this pre-NL and OFB, so it should be okay for anyone to use), but there is room to add one.

I had a hottub on the roof, along with a table and chairs and BBQ. I also used one of the bedrooms as an art studio.

No custom content, no hacks.

This is a small house that I built. It's unfurnished, but I've included screenshots of it furnished (with all Maxis objects).

I did not knowingly use any custom content in the building of this house, so if some inadvertently got in there, I apologize and I will give credit to whomever. I used Sims2PackCleanInstaller.

Anyway, it's got a bedroom that's just large enough for a double bed, and a small second bedroom that will accommodate one or two single beds. The kitchen is spacious, and could be decorated as an eat-in kitchen if desired. I like my Sims to have plenty of cabinet space.

It sells for around 16K unfurnished. It has a driveway, so you will need at least NL for that. I'm not sure if you need OFB for this house. I have OFB installed, but I don't think I used any objects that are OFB specific.

I tend to build smaller houses because they are so much easier for me to play, and in a lot of ways, they're more challenging to build.
