This mystical home should appeal to almost anyone.   The house floats in the air!   The only access to this house is it's elevator from the ground.   Mad Scientists, and aliens can be sheltered from their nosy neighbors, and Plant Sims can bask in the Sun Lamps while enjoying the outdoor weather.   This house costs about 34K and is partially furnished.

I just downloaded this to Stragetown.   I really like this set!   Could you maybe design a "Bella" Outerwear for Seasons?

I got this first thing this morning.   Great job!

I have this download - in Downloads/Clothes/InsImenator but it doesn't work!   None of the pre-seasons cosutmes show as outerwear.    I used the conflict detector and it did not find any.

Suggestions?

I am so glad to have this.    I have gotten all the new reduced Lifteime wants to work except for the number of best friends and the number of pet best friends.   They are still 20.    Everything else is halved.

Here is the last of the Meadowbrook houses.    This is the full townhome in all it's glory.    This unfurnished house comes in a 2x2 lot, and costs 36,723.   For that you get 5 BR, 4 Ba, 2 kitchens, and 3 floors.    I have all expansions (Uni, NL, OFB, Pets) and all Stuff packs (FFS, GLS, HFS).    A clever Sim could lock the upper door to household only and use the bottom for their parties and visitor entertainment.

This house is based on a RL home one of my neighbors lived in while I was in the meadowbrook House.    It is unfurnished, has 3BR, 2 BA and comes on a 2x2 lot.   This house costs 18,008.    It's a good house for two college graduates to start in.   One buys the house and the other furnishes it.   There will be one more Meadowbrook House in this series.

I downloaded the required mesh and I get the maxis default too.    Can somebody help?

This is great!    I can't always greet walk-bys and get the phone.   Now one of the folks watching TV will get up and answer for me.    It's better than Caller ID.
