The wishing well is a reward item, if I remember correctly. I don't know about the swing set, although it may be with the old one (much like a recolor). I could be wrong, though.

If I'm not mistaken, it's that the video card and/or drivers are outdated. I used to have this problem, and a new video card and drivers helped like crazy.

I alternate between houses a lot, so I never noticed if this happens or not, so here goes.

Let's say I started playing a house on Monday (Sim time), and then played another house later that day, and played until, say, Thursday in that second house. When I go back to the first house, will it be Monday or Thursday? I guess what I'm asking is, when time passes in the house you're playing, does it pass in the other houses in that neighborhood, or for that matter, the entire game?

I ask because I don't want all the work I did on getting the family to do well to go away while I'm in another house.

I can't seem to be able to get the doors where I want them, as all the walls where doors are going to go are on the split-level foundation, diagonal, or both.

OK, here is my problem: Sometimes when I start up the Sims 2, and start a family, I go to use some of my Bodyshop sims. Unfortunately, some are not showing up when I go to "use existing Sim". The first time I tried, my self-sim wasn't showing up. The second time, my self-sim did show up, but now the teenage sim I made wasn't showing up, and I couldn't complete my family. The other sims in the family were showing up, however, but I noticed that some of the other sims were missing as well. Oh, and yes, I did make sure that the gender and age were both the same as the sim I wanted to add. What could be the problem?
