I haven't even got the game yet but I'm already looking forward to pets expansions cos I love pets.

I only have the CAS demo yet so I can only comment on the look of the sims. To me it seems sims 4 is a big improvement over sims 3 I actually never bought the sims 3 just because the sims were so ugly and the game was lacking some of the silly animations and charm from sims 2, but I do like the way the sims 4 looks and already got used to not having sliders, it's kind of cool even though I wasn't sure at the beginning, I also love the voice sliders and the walk animation options, now with the random button you can get really cool sims that look like real characters, I really like that.
I also like the way the clothes are categorized and I like the separate clothing pieces. I didn't like the "create a style" in sims 3 so I'm happy they got rid of that.
I also like that you can make your sims fat and their skin details automatically match, I love having very fat sims so that's great.
I also like the way the genetics work in the CAS, It's very impressive and I can see how much fun will be after a few generations have passed in the game, these sims gene pool will still be evolving, just like in real life.

I can't talk about the new personality system cos I only have the CAS demo but it looks very promising, and the way the sims multitask now looks sweet too.

My main complaint at the moment are the hairstyles, they don't have alphas and loo kind of cartoony and blocky but not as bad as to turn me off the game. I'm really hoping better hair meshes can be added into the game though.

If the teens and elderly are the same size as adults then I don't like that, but again, maybe a future user mod will manage to make a height slider.

All in all I'm looking forward to playing the sims 4, for what I've seen it looks like it might be kind of like sims 2 but with better A.I and sims, so that's all I've been waiting for since sims 2.

great tutorial thank! but how do i know which image i am opening? for example, i open an image which is a face, how do i know its the adult or teen face? it doesnt matter if i replace for example the female teen face.bmp by the adult female face.png as long as they look the same and matxh the body?

thanks! my favourite sim ever is your kiefer shuterland as david from los boys! its scarely realistic! the weird thing is that he doesnt have sim expresions, he is in another level of any sim i've ever seen, by the way i have him in the same lot, he makes such a cool evil guy for my stories. :worship:

i updated this sim again, i havent realized that mohican tunes doesnt allow recolor of her mohawk mesh so i've changed the hair to this one, the skin is also new and the facial structure and the hat is new too...

Hi , i usually use my own made eyes, because i find it hard to find round eyes, that doesnt end under the eyelid making the animation of the eye in the game look weird, i thought everybody else may be less "neurotic" than me and wouldnt notice about this, but since summersong86 asked me about a set of eyes i've decided to upload this ones.

PIERCING EYES:


NATURAL PIERCING EYES: (similar to the "piercing eyes" but without the dark circle around the iris, added shine and few differences in the color.


REALISTIC PIERCING EYES:(this ones work better with small eyes, and are also a little bit smaller than the other two sets)

Leeloo from the movie "the fifth element" played by actress milla jovovich, this is my LAST attempt on this sim :mumum:! hehe, the updates i made: i fixed the face, i fixed the skin (see tattoo on the wrist in the picture), i bump mapped the clothes and i made a new hair.

content included:

SKINTONE: by me, using louis skintone as base.

HAIR: alpha edit and re-texture by me of a ChazDesigns mesh, you NEED to DOWNLOAD THE MESH HERE scroll down until you find the mesh called "spring break".

***(for if you cant download the mesh i attached an "alternative hair" consisting of hair and makeup (bangs) which doesnt look as good as the other one, the first option is much more like the hair in the movie)
