may i ask, how exactly do you get them to work on the sims?
(or am i wrong, are these just for show?)
tank choo :] you just have to download the files i attached and then download the mesh from one of those 2 webs i said on the post and place them all in your downloads folder and it will work in the game of course!  |

The "mace" (sledgehammer) tool is only available from Pets and up. You'll have to tear down walls the old fashioned way by pressing Ctrl while holding down the left mouse button and dragging it over the area of the wall you don't want anymore.  As for the "naked torso" bug... read this thread. You'll find out a lot about this catastrophe. :lol: There's also the possibility that you have a corrupt/incompatible object in that section. Or, the "Objects" package for the game itself is corrupt. Not too sure, but if it's not a custom object causing the problem, then that might be the case... :scratch: Try moving out your Downloads folder and running the game to see if it still crashes at that section. ahh thank you, its a very good idea, i removed the downloads folder and now it works, fortunatelly i have my downloads folder divided in subfolders sorted by categories so it shouldnt be so difficult to find the problem, and also i didnt know about the cntrol and mouse system to delete walls, so very thankful to you! :razz: |

Hello, i have university and open for bussines expansions, i can run the game and play but if i try to go to the hobbies section under buy mode the application crashes, any idea why is this happening?
also i cant "unbuild" in build mode, the tool that looks like a mace to destroy walls is no longer there (when i had pets expansion installed i was able to destroy walls with this mace tool) is it supposed to be like this in OFB?
also some previews of clothes and hairs are wrong, it appear in the preview a naked body instead of hair or clothes.
i tried to install some patch for OFB that is abailable in the maxis webpage but in the middle of the installation of the patch it says that there was a problem and that i should reinstall OFB again.
i would like to find a solution without having to reinstall everything again cause its a big pain in the ass.

Hi everybody, i've fixed all the files that didnt work before due to the pts expansion bug, im on my way to re-upload all those fixed things that didnt work properly before, and delete the old posts.So the following files are compatible with base game and dont need any expansion pack installed.here are my finally fixed zombie skins, compatible with base game and all eps flesh eaters skintone:i used louis skintones as base http://louis.new21.net/, this skin is for both sexes and all ages, all ages and genders are defferent between them, as you can see on the pictures note:the textures i used in the skintones are from pictures of halloween masks, zombie dolls and raw meat.  the bodies and faces are different for each age and sex, you will have to download them to apreciate little details like: pouring intestines, exposed spine, bony hands. etc   And now another 2 skins, this ones are more "easy" to look at, for those who are not so much into rotten flesh and decomposing tissue. Are you using the in-game cameraman mode or a mod? The normal, ingame one doesn't let you get too close without clipping. Personally, I use Gunmod's Camera mod (from MTS2). Lets me get niiiice and close.
In build mode, there's an icon of a square you can click to change your view from straight on to aerial. I hope that makes sense. It's kind of hard for me to show without a screen cap. ah great, thanks for the advice |

ive noticed that i cant go too close with the camera (moving the mouse and using the arrows) to an object/sim, close to the ground, i dont mean very close, like for example i could never get a very close view of the face a toddler that is sitting on the floor, or a dog. i cant also get a "vertical" camera view when in building mode, so im never able to see an...aereal perspective, and i remember i could do it before
does anybody have an idea why is this happening?

ahh i never used to dowloaded clothes really cause i could never find things LIKE THAT! i like that you make this kind of stuff and not the usual posh-formal stuff! and specially since im kind of useless making clothes
