Hello,

I was wondering if maybe the reason why my screen keeps turning purple when I play the sims could be because of my graphics card? It shouldn't be a memory probelm because I still have 142 GB of free space on my hard drive. I'm not sure why my screen keeps doing this, it is very annoying. After a few minutes my game usually returns back to normal and I can play again, but not always and even if it does go back to normal I have the same probelm again, sometimes after only a few seconds of my screen returning back to normal. I have just uninstalled and reinstalled all of my expansions+stuff packs, and the base game of course. I have every expansion and stuff pack except for H&M. If it helps, I also have quite a few downloads, 3.41GB which I am slowly weeding out and making smaller.

I only have one mod that I know of and it worked fine even with pets but lately my dogs won't show up. In making a dog with a family nothing shows, the dog is just invisble. Only the eyes of the wolves will show up at my house. If I adopt a dog with ears that are down half of its head is missing? Is there any way to find out what is wrong with my game? It just started reacently. The cats don't work either but if I adopt them or a dog with straight up ears there is no probelm but i still can't change them in the mirror! Has anyone else had this probelm? Does anyone know how to fix it or find out what the probelm is?

By the way I have seasons but i haven't really tried to make a pet since i got it until now could that have anything to do with it? I wouldn't think so but i'm really upset that i can't make a pet anymore

I have way too many dresses with heels and so every time I try to convert them they either turn out barefoot or half of their foot is covered, I've looked for classic pinup with heels but so far I haven't seen any?
