hi. i've just been looking at the 8ds site and i was wondering. is it a sims1 site or a sims2 as i couldnt figure it out,

i have all the ep back upto bon voyage so you will need the eps up to bonvoyage

i never realised their was so much negativity surrounding simbella forum. id always had a positive experience i guess alot were not so lucky.
 
i didnt know the owner of the site and have never encountered her but i heard she had been ill and that was one of the reasons for its closure. i guess if it had become the way others have mention above i can undertsand the closure of the site. who would want to run a site that had turned so bad.
 
but all the same i enjoyed the recolors and meshes it offered and i enjoyed talking to other simmers like i do over here. if this site was to ever close i dont know what i would do as this is the first place i log onto when i ever do anything with the sims. this site in my opinion if a friendly and welcoming site.

Today is a bad day in the sims community. SimBella one of my favourate sim forums has closed. I had only been a member for a few weeks but loved the friendly community and the wonderful creations it offered. Now they are both gone:(

child abuse is a very serious thing that impacts million of children worlwide each minute in everyday and I'm glad that someone has spoken out and is wanting to make others aware of something most people would rather chose not to think about or belief it does not happen.
 
I have a poor relationship well non existant relationship with my mother, she was an alcoholic when i was a child and she was physicaly and mentally abusive towards all of her children. unfortunately things like this happen all the time and we need to send the message that this will not be accepted and it will stop.
 
i am now in my final year of study a psychology degree and hope to specialise in child abuse and behaviour problems.
 
so if you suspect or know of someone who is in a situation that you would not like to find yourself in and they have made you promise not to speak out. secretly or maybe unconsciously they are hoping you will have the strength for them to speak out. please do.....

yes that the correct one. squinge had three versions. one for women only, one for men and one for both gendre but the sims2 graveyard only have the female version
 
lucypookie just one quick question about your problem to see if i can help. are you clicking on your sim when your holding the baby when you want to feed or are you clicking on the fridge?
 
i use to use this mod and i'm pretty sure i had to click on the mother to instruct her to feed.

this is a lot i'm working on at the moment and wanted to know what you think about it.

It's been a few weeks since i uploaded anything, thats because i went away and i have helped my sister in law finish the nursery waiting on my niece now. three weeks left to the due date. I'm so excited
 
anyway back to the purpose of this thread. I'm working on a series which i called the cabin series. yes very imaginative (or lack of it).
 
this lot i have called Oak lodge and it is a seven bedroom, eight bathroom, three reception rooms, den, utility room, play room, gym (includes twin sauna and inside pool) and covered porch.
 
the lot comes partly landscaped around the front and back. trying to keep the back natural. i landscaped the lot with a swimable lake.
 
 
*NOTE* I have all the EP's upto BonVoyage when i built this lot. it comes unfurnished and uses mainly maxis content except for one window which i believe came from simplan-x.com. the customn wallpaper and floor tiles came from HolySimoly and the steps that i use on a diagnal came from MTS2.
 
The lot has two entances at the front of the lot. the grand entrance and a side entrance into the utility room. The utility room has access to the garage, the basement and the rest of the house. their an entrance from the second reception room and you can add another from the master bedroom if you chose.
 
On the ground floor you will find obviously the entrance, hallway, two reception rooms, kitchen, utility room,w/c, master bathroom, den and two bedrooms (one of the two being an exstremely large master bedroom with a walk in closet).
 
Basement: two bedroom, play room, four bathrooms (two bedroms being en-suits) gym and third reception room (family room).
 
first floor: three bedrooms ( one of the bedrooms is much bigger than the other two and also comes in a walk in wardrope), three bathrooms, large
landing overlooking the entance. all the rooms in this house is spacious.
 
the only thing missing and that i recogmend is the invisible driveway and it can be found at MTS2. sorry i didnt package it.
 
please do not redistrubute my lots to any other site. If you use this lot in a story i would love a pm with a link so i can see what drama unfolds and what secrets those walls hold.
