Today is a bad day in the sims community. SimBella one of my favourate sim forums has closed. I had only been a member for a few weeks but loved the friendly community and the wonderful creations it offered. Now they are both gone:(

It's been a few weeks since i uploaded anything, thats because i went away and i have helped my sister in law finish the nursery waiting on my niece now. three weeks left to the due date. I'm so excited
 
anyway back to the purpose of this thread. I'm working on a series which i called the cabin series. yes very imaginative (or lack of it).
 
this lot i have called Oak lodge and it is a seven bedroom, eight bathroom, three reception rooms, den, utility room, play room, gym (includes twin sauna and inside pool) and covered porch.
 
the lot comes partly landscaped around the front and back. trying to keep the back natural. i landscaped the lot with a swimable lake.
 
 
*NOTE* I have all the EP's upto BonVoyage when i built this lot. it comes unfurnished and uses mainly maxis content except for one window which i believe came from simplan-x.com. the customn wallpaper and floor tiles came from HolySimoly and the steps that i use on a diagnal came from MTS2.
 
The lot has two entances at the front of the lot. the grand entrance and a side entrance into the utility room. The utility room has access to the garage, the basement and the rest of the house. their an entrance from the second reception room and you can add another from the master bedroom if you chose.
 
On the ground floor you will find obviously the entrance, hallway, two reception rooms, kitchen, utility room,w/c, master bathroom, den and two bedrooms (one of the two being an exstremely large master bedroom with a walk in closet).
 
Basement: two bedroom, play room, four bathrooms (two bedroms being en-suits) gym and third reception room (family room).
 
first floor: three bedrooms ( one of the bedrooms is much bigger than the other two and also comes in a walk in wardrope), three bathrooms, large
landing overlooking the entance. all the rooms in this house is spacious.
 
the only thing missing and that i recogmend is the invisible driveway and it can be found at MTS2. sorry i didnt package it.
 
please do not redistrubute my lots to any other site. If you use this lot in a story i would love a pm with a link so i can see what drama unfolds and what secrets those walls hold.

if your like me and you dont like to use cheats or you just want another starter home then this could be the one for you. it has a nice flow to the house

Hi and Welcome to Melow cabin the residence of Herb and Coral Oldie. With Herb retireing and their only daughter grown up with a family of her own they have decided the place is a little too big and awfully empty for just the two of them. Herb and Coral have always dreamt of traveling the world but with starting a family and not haveing alot of money they just couldnt do it before.
 
With them downsizing the money they make from the sale of the house they intend to spend on around the world trip. so if you fancy purchasing this lot then you will be able to make their dream come true.

Hi here's Dove house for you all. I know the names rubbish but i drew a blank.
 
Its a large three bedroom house. two bedrooms on the ground floor the upstairs is for the master bedroom, master bathroom and retreat and a huge landing that overlooks part of the downstairs.
 
on the ground floor is two reception rooms, a kitchen/dinning area, study, 2 bathrooms, utility room and two bedrooms like i mentioned aboved. around the side of the house is a large covered patio area.
 
the lot comes unfurnished and i'd like to thank 4ESF for the fence i used, holy simoloy for their fence also and MTS" for the customn window and doors. theris one CC shrub included but i don't know where from. the rest is maxis content. thanks for the CC floors and walls.

its a three bedroom house but has plenty of room being turned into four/five bedroom. because i had a problem with takeing photos and being able to upload them earlier i uploaded a load here. they are definately worth looking at to see the inside in detail. there is three bedroom each with their own en-suites. the master bedroom also comes with a retreat. downstairs theirs a family room, living room, dining room, kitchen, study, utility room and w/c. http://thesims2.ea.com/exchange/stor...sset_id=178629 it will cost your sim 46,000 to live in this house

i have built some houses and i wanted to upload some pictures with the houses but it keeps comming up as invalid file. can some one tell me why this is happening and how to fix this.

in one of the e.p's did round walls come? mine aren't showing up and i hardly built houses so i'm not sure if it did or didn't. if it didnt i really have something wrong with my memory.
