It's quite alright and easy to fix.  I keep my cape handy for such situations.

Super Admin to the rescue! *Flies away*

Hi, Alessa.

Glad you made it over to our corner. Welcome!

I had to snip the link, because, as a PG-13 site, we can't link to 18+ sites.

 Welcome

Please don't reply to yourself. No one likes post bumping.

Second, it's been a day. Be patient and someone who can help you will see your post and reply. We all have jobs, go to schools, have families, etc, so everyone who helps here (site Admins, Moderators, creators and members who offer their amazing help and advice) does so when they can.
64  A Safe Haven / General Discussion / Re: Important Life Events on: September 23, 2015, 12:55:46 am
All right, so this is something I've been keeping to myself for a long time. I have had Anxiety for as long as I remember. Unfortunately for me, it's a genetic mental disability and will be something I'll deal with for the rest of my life. My mother has it, 2 of my 3 sisters have it, my granny suffered from it and, for all I know, one or both of her parents had it. For the past 15 years it has been terrible. I would wake up in the morning with knots in my stomach, my heart racing and my hands shaking so badly it would make any part of doing my job hard for the first 2 hours. I didn't have very understanding employers, evidenced by how hard it's been for me to hold down a job. Medication didn't work and the side effects just made me feel awful. People don't understand how Anxiety can totally destroy your ability to think critically. It saps away your desire to take part in anything.

A little over 2 months ago I started taking Magnesium for my RLS and discovered a wonderful side effect. It took the crippling edge off my Anxiety. It doesn't remove it. It never will, but I really can't remember the last time I felt thing AMAZING. I've done a lot of research into it and found it's often used as a treatment for people with various Anxiety disorders (along with a lot of other things I didn't know). One of the things that makes this work where chemical medication didn't is my body doesn't recognize it as a foreign thing and try to fight it off. My body recognizes it and opens the door to invite it in. It's been suggested my family is genetically predisposed to magnesium deficiency, which can cause anxiety and depression. Well, who would have thought? The other good things? I haven't had a full blown migraine once since I started taking it, and I used to get them at least once every week or so.

So that's my good news. Great news, in fact. Even better? I've been open with my bosses at the auction house about this and they have shown the most amazing amount of support and understanding. One of my bosses, in fact, confided in me his own struggles with Anxiety and told me he takes Magnesium on a daily basis as well. It's amazing to feel so amazing, and I'll find myself so overwhelmed with it I'll just burst into tears.
65  The Sims 3 / Pudding Requests / Re: FFXIII/-2 sim for The Sims 3 on: September 11, 2015, 08:01:36 pm
As long as you're linking to images on your own page, then it's fine. We just don't allow hotlinks to images on pages not belonging to you.

Also, and since this is a request for Sims 3, I'm moving this to the right place. Smiley

The same rules we have for converting Sims 3 content over to Sims 2 and vice versa apply here as well. Asking for in EA game content to be converted for use through the different games (2, 3 & 4) is fine, but if you want user custom content to be converted, please ask for permission from the original creator first.

could someone make different versions of the arrow. One that's sticking out the back. and others that are sticking out the sides of the head?

Maybe, since the arrows from a creator on a SynapticSims, you could ask there? When asking for modifications to be done on an existing mod, it's always best to go to the source.

When my computer's working I play Witcher 3, Assassin's Creed Unity, Dragon Age Inquisition and Skyrim. We won't mention the other games I own but have not installed.

The new graphic cards they put in. I hate DellAlienware with a passion. Hate.

Celebrating the return of my computer, which I fondly call The Beast. It's been out of commission for 3 weeks and is now (hopefully) completely repaired.

Edit: Hopes are dashed. I still own an expensive brick.

No weapons are being primed, G-Knee. Answering a question fills the requirement of "adding something new", I think.
