Why can't I use this with the InTeen?

Back when I has Open for Business, I used it with the InTeen just fine. I only needed to change the girl into something showed her belly afterward.

This may be a stupid question, but, can I use this with FreeTime since I don't have AL?
I miss my sims wearing whatever they want...

After very close observation, I have found that this is a nearly perfect Sim Simon.
