It is a peggy sims hair.

I recently redid her, but my stupid internet connection isn't letting me upload the file.  (Only 2 MBs too!)  So, I'll just have to wait to put her to the test!

I tried making Kate Hudson.  I got her eyes and brows, but then I messed up her chin/jawline.  Now when I try to fix it, I just make her worse instead of better, so I gave up.
