Wow now I feel dumb, Ive downloaded these cos they look great but cant work out how to put them in my game, Ive tried the re-design tool on the original love tub but it says its not re-designable and there not in my plumming section of buy mode, how do you get them in the game??

you can put the house down on a plot and then click on it so you get the white info box in the botton left corner of that box to can click to package lot either to file or to the main sims site

if you package to file it will be saved in

My documents/EA games/the Sims 2/PackagedLots

This is the first house I've ever build myself for Sim 2 and although it may not be great like some on here I thought I share, its built on a 5x4 lot and costs 241,347 and would be great for those who love to have large families.
 
This house is designed using only Maxis items and has no hacked objects in fact Ive only placed stuff in it so you can see which rooms can be used as what but hey even that can be changed.
