3  Simmers' Paradise / Sims Stories / A Request to you readers. on: May 31, 2007, 04:25:03 am
I have great troubles and difficulties to take pics for the remaining chapters of the story, due to my personal issues in the real life and due to my great difficulty to take pics with the Ozzucay's self-sim involved.
So then, I wish to ask to you, all my dear readers:

What do you think about the fact I post the remaining chapters of the story without images? Text only?

Please let me know here or by pm what you think. I'll search to follow the majority preferences. Of course, I already have the entire story's text finished and ready.

Thanks to all,

6  Sims 2 Community Downloads / Residential / The Reflex House - Hommage to Mary "Ozzucay" - Released! on: April 27, 2007, 05:35:28 am
Quote from: lm44west;702023
Can this house be downloaded furnished?

The furnished version of this house generated a "giant" file of about 185 Mb in size and it's fullfilled by pay-pal items I cannot share for obvious reasons.

7  Sims 2 Community Downloads / Residential / Release The Unfurnished Version on: April 16, 2007, 10:52:25 am
Here is, finally, the unfurnished, bare, clean, version of the Reflex House.

1. Walls, floors and terrain are Maxis default.
2. Few Custom Content included:
                 a.  Atavera "One Way Mirrors"
                 b.  Funny "Numenor's Walls Frames"
                 c.  Numenor  "Transparent Walls."
3. No furnitures included, except Maxis bathrooms' stuffs and two beds.
4. Almost all the furnitures you saw in the previous posts are from the
excellent 4ESF  site. Many of them are free, many others are not.
     Please, check by yourself here:
5. Some other furnitures and/or plants are from paysites. Sorry, I  don't remember from where, actually.
6. Even if unfurnished, the house is expensive. About 87.000 simoleons.

VERY IMPORTANT:  The bare lot has 4 car places among the street. You need the "invisible driveway recolour" into your downloads to be able to place cars.

Built with Uni, NL and OFB installed, so then I think they are all needed.

PS: I've surely forgotten to mention something or someone. Please, forgive me.

13  Sims 2 Community Downloads / Residential / The Reflex House - Hommage to Mary "Ozzucay" - Released! on: March 24, 2007, 05:17:29 am
               *** THE REFLEX HOUSE ***
In Loving Memory of Dr. Mary Elizabeth "Ozzucay".

I built and furnished a house I called "The Reflex House" because its large windows made with one-way mirrors (Atavera creations.).  In this nice house will live forever in my game, the self-sim of my deareast friend Mary "Ozzucay", who recently we all missed in the real life. Mary, you're in my heart, forever.

I'll upload soon on this site the "unfurnished" version of this house. I choose this way because the "giant" size of the file of the furnished house (over 184 Mb) and because the furniture I placed are mainly from 4ESF site and are pay items.

The unfurnished version is available here

Here are a lot of pictures taken outside and inside the house to show to you all how I furnished it and to give you a "line" to furnish by your own taste this house.

We start here with the external views, front and rear, of the house, and with the aerial layouts of the two floors:

The following two pictures show the main entrance and the front balcony on the first floor, street side:

In the next posts, I'll show you the backyard with the pool and the garden and then the inside of the house.

Really a great job, Jay and perfectly matched to our Angel.
15  Simmers' Paradise / Sims Stories / Announcement. on: March 13, 2007, 09:15:04 am
I wish to thank all the dear friends of me and mainly of Mary "Ozzucay", who have had so helpful words for our feelings.
They all are right, the story must be continued to honor her and to remember her. She herself would have the story go on.
And the story will go on, but not now, please. I need some time to lower my sorrow, my sadness. Actually, I cannot play the game neither. Forgive me for that, but I promise to you all that one day I'll be able to show the rest and the end of the story.

Thank you,
