Simmers' Paradise / Where Can I Find...? / Bodybuilder girl meshes

I thought I had seen more meshes for the Bodybuilder girl, ages ago before Sims 3 - I assume sites have closed - all I can find now are the original, wonderful, Marvine's nude and the booted mesh. Does anyone know of any other meshes for them? I'm no mesher but I play with these Sims and would LOVE to make some clothing for them.

Simmers' Paradise / Where Can I Find...? / WCIF: Huge Bodybuilder Military Uniforms

Hi all... Looking for some clothes for my Huge BodyBuilder (Marvine and BeosBoxboy's meshes). This guy is in the Military career and I haven't a thing for him to wear. While going to work in his PJs doesn't seem to phase him, it doesn't work in my story The only thing I found so far was Navy - sailors' uniforms. Which are very good but my Sim wants to be a SOLDIER! All suggestions gratefully received.

Simmers' Paradise / General Sims 2 Help / How big is too big? Neighbourhood, that is?

I am playing the Maxis Hoods again and they already have a lot of population. I find I like the complexity of a lot of families on the go at once. BUT: Is there a maximum population size above which the game will break? I've had hoods break before and not really known why. I don't do a lot of dangerous things - like download houses with families, or transfer them in from other hoods. But my Sims WILL keep on having kids And is this affected at all by having sub-neighbourhoods or is this an absolute value?

Hello everybody! So good to be here and hoping to be a bit more active on here than I was on the old site. Great to have one of my net "homes" which had been shoved on the back of a truck and towed away, rebuilt even better than before and with a big welcome mat outside.

Totally delighted to see the site back up and running, MINUS the donation begging. I've been reading through the miles-long thread on phorum.mustnotbenamed for three days now. I missed all the drama and it is quite astonishing but it makes ya think.... Anyhoo I just wanted to say, thank you all very very much, specially Pescado, for all the work you have done and for your sheer integrity! This place (well, insimadult)has always been one of my web-homes as in, a website I usually check once a day to see what's new and I found I missed it terribly when it went down. Anything I can do please ask... except money bleugh... Sims Community rocks!

mmm - chainsaw? I WANT!
My Simmies are pretty well looked after on the whole. EXCEPT for if I am making a story, for publication or more often for myself - then things happen... I had a serial killer Sim who knocked off several Sims, townies and playables, that I didn't like, and a few that I did - things got a little out of hand there with a fire!
Oh, I have some guns which were used by murderer Sims. And then there is the old regeneration trick - if the Sim is in red aspiration, they tend to go all weak at the knees when you regenerate them. And die soon after lol.
And vampire-bitten Sims never last long. Partly because I think vampire bites OUGHT to be fatal, and partly because I am lousy at protecting vampires.
Mortimer worked all the way through the Natural Scientist career and got his flytrap plant, which ate several locals.
And last but by no means least, I downloaded a hack for the coughing illness they get, to make it more fatal. Several famillies have now lost a member or two, though this isn't a reliable method. They do tend to get better still!
