1  A Safe Haven / General Discussion / Re: The Dumbest Thing Your Spouse/SO has Ever Said or Done on: December 14, 2009, 05:31:42 am
One time my hubby made 4 trips to the store in one day to grab me some Tylenol and Advil (I had dental work done that day), and each trip he picked up everything BUT the pills.

Then there was fall of last year.

We live in Washington, 15-20 minutes away from Everett, so naturally every year there's a rainy season. I told my husband about a month before rainy season started that we needed to buy Squinty (my son's nickname) some rainboots. He told me that I was wasting money, even though I insisted that it was going to be too wet for tennis shoes, and that he was growing out of his tennis shoes anyways.

One month later - lo and behold - a HUMONGOUS recordbreaking rainy season, the wettest we've had in Washington yet, and the hubby turns to me and goes, "Let's get ready to go. Why doesn't Squinty have boots yet? He can't go out there wearing those shoes! Why haven't you bought him boots yet?"

I was wondering if it could be possible to have a buyable Sims 2, Sims 2 expansion packs, and Sims 3 and expansion packs for my sims to go to the store and buy.

Also wondering if it's possible to make playable Sims 2/Sims 3 game for my Sim simmers.

Just went to start it up without groups.cache, and it started right up!

Thank you Engram!

I'm looking for a program to help search downloads folders for downloads that conflict and bug up the game. I know I used to have one, but I don't know what it's called or where it is now.

My Sims 2 isn't working, and I think it might be a conflicting file.

What eyebrows?

No gel: floral wire and LOTS of super glue.

Imagine getting one of them caught and losing you entire eyebrow?

Your best bet would have to be an accessory for eyebrows so long, or remesh the mad scientist bushy brows and recolor them.

I have zero meshing skills, though.

I'm surprised nobody has done this yet, or responded to this request. It's not a large project, and WoW is everywhere else on the net.
9  Simmers' Paradise / Facial Items / eye glow makeup on: November 17, 2009, 11:28:00 am
I'm looking for a subtle mask that makes it look like there's a light reflecting on the cheeks and the eyelids and under the brows, like the eyes are glowing.

I don't mind which shade the glow is, as long as it's either red, white, yellow, blue, or green, so that it goes well with spme of the eyes out there already.

Better to just put items on your lots that do that.
11  The Sims 3 / Pudding Requests / Re: Could someone please make an aquarium? on: November 05, 2009, 05:35:36 am
I think your best bet would be to post this in the Pets section of Requests.

I'm hoping for an interractive goldfish tank for the Sims 2 game myself.
12  Simmers' Paradise / Objects & Recolors / Coffin Request! on: November 05, 2009, 04:48:46 am
I have some "modern day" vampires in my game, and I find the Maxis coffin doesn't fit into the decor. I have no problem with the coffin itself, but the coffin steps and the candle stands don't fit into my houses.

Could someone please remesh the stand and candle stands so that they're modern?

Maybe even make a version where a coffin is sitting on wooden sawhorses, with candles sitting on mismatched dishes on the floor, for the vampires on the go or on a budget?

Thank you in advance!

Hey, that mod actually sounds practical.

I want to know where her eyes are from - they're stunning!

I think it would be a whole lot easier to just add a limo option to the phone by cloning the taxi and changing the taxi car in the clone to a limo.

I've seen options added to the phone menu before, but I don't have the skills to do it myself.

I hope I helped a little.
