Is your story based or inspired by the books or will it be like a retelling of the story? I'm just not sure if it's gonna be an issue with the copyrights.

well i was looking, and i was wondering how everyone gets their people to look SO realistic ( clothes, hair, skin, eyes etc... )
kitty, what do you mean? in terms of how they pose or their facial expressions, or the CC used on the sims? There are realistic skintones available. I have Oepu's (you can find them on mts2). You can also find realistic eyes (I use Anva's).
