Even if I do decided to buy Sims 3, I will not uninstall 2. I'm finally getting the game to where I want it with the mods I have. I've been reading lots of posts on how the gameplay is going, and they're definately not encouraging. And as for reviews, my Newsweek game it a glowing review (which is the polar opposite of what I've read online by players). Call me paranoid, but do ya think that EA games "encouraged" them to be nice? Or more likely, the person who did the review isn't a hard core Sims 2 gamer.

I've had toddlers start dancing by themselves, but Squinge actually has a mod that allows you to have Toddlers dance solo when directed. It hasn't been updated since Seasons (so it doesn't work with stereos made after Seasons) but I still use it. It's really cute. Plus, it builds dance skill which if you get high enough, can get your Sim a scholarship when they're a teen.

I love torturing certain Sims too. My recent target of torture is Angela Pleasant. I had Dustin knock her up when they were still teens, then dump her. After she had the babies, she went to college, then flunked out. Shortly after that, Daniel and Mary Sue died thereby leaving Angela with four babies to raise (two hers, two Daniel and Mary Sue's). When I last left her, she'd just given birth to another baby.
I usually kill off Don after her marries Cassandra and fathers a couple of kids. I love making Nina miserable too....at least for a while. I think she's happy right now....wow, I haven't played her in so long, I just can't remember.

I'm pretty sure this mod doesn't work with the IKEA stuff pack. I used it a couple of times before installing the IKEA pack and it was fine with the smart milk. After the IKEA pack was put in, the smark milk function didn't work. No matter how much my toddler's drank from a smark milk bottle, they didn't get the boost (the bottle still diappeared though). I took out the mod and the smart milk works fine now.

AL looks great. I wasn't even thinking about it becuz there is no insim or inteen for it. But I am rethinking it InSim is usually updated for every expansion pack, it just takes time because they can't begin working on a new version until after the expansion pack comes out. Inteen will also be updated but it may take awhile. Jase (the creator) wasn't planning on it, but has decided to do it. Unfortunately, he doesn't have any beta testers so he needs to test it himself. It may be awhile. Thanks for the picks. Those ceilings look awesome! I didn't think I'd like them, but they look cool. You can toggle them off and on, right?

I'd just like to say that this mod still does work up to Freetime, but only with stereos from Seasons or before. The new stereos that came with Bon Voyage and Freetime cannot be used. For me, it's not a big deal.
