33  Simmers' Paradise / General Sims 2 Help / The Sims 2 on Windows Vista (Updated 7 Feb 2007) on: March 03, 2007, 03:09:28 am
Hi, I hope its cool to post this here...

I just got a new computer from Dell.  Love Dell, never had a problem w/ them.
THAT was before I got this new pc w/ Vista!
I'm definately have a horrible skipping  of sound.  The slowing down at times while say, My sims are using the karaoke mach.

It's driving me up the wall.  There is no way in heck, I'm going to install the new "Seasons" ep w/ that going on.
Seriously, I'm ready to pull my hair-out!

I know, I know... I should have did more research on Vista, but too late now, sniff.
Does anyone have any ideas on what I can do, maybe duct-tape it together till the new drivers come out? Lol.

Beosboxboy, exactly what is "compatability mode"?

Well, I did a DXdiag, for all you brainy people to look at?

34  Sims 2 Community Downloads / Male Hair / Edits of Peggy Donate November Special Gift hair on: January 18, 2007, 11:15:10 am
Ok. I'm in love with these!  We need more male hair, and these are wonderful!

Thank you so much for your talent and time.

(I was wondering if there is a fairly easy way to edit her long female mesh version?  I've alway's wanted to have the back of this mesh to resemble the long side pieces.  Is something like this even possible? )

You Rock!

Oh man, I've given-up hope...  I bought "Pet's", installed it, played it, uninstalled it.

This Ep is a "wants" hog.  "Hey, your a family sim, why don't you "want" to pay attention to your family, doh-doh head!".

Thank you so much for this. You rock!

I'm not sure when I get some time I will check into it & will let you know Smiley

That would be so cool, if you can do this Squinge (option to let any *one* female sim, any aspiration).  I would dig a hack like that for a few of my sims.

You ROCK!
