This lot should actually came out like my old "Deep in the woods" for Sims2, but I found out it´s more difficult to give the bridges the right shape   So here is my try for the living above the trees.

Lean back and relax above the trees on this lot. You´ll find a 1st. floor with 4 big rooms and 1 smaller in the middle



and also a 2nd floor with a smaller room but 2 roof terraces



There is a stairway up to the center rooms of both floors





This lot is without any CC and should work with base game and EP. I didn´t furnished the rooms, because I´ve so many CCs and you surely have a lot of good ideas to get this lot comfortable for you.

To use this lot you first need to "bulldoze" the community lot "Sunnyside Strand / Schönfeld Strand" ! Than you can place this beach lot at that place.

This is the perfect place to have a relaxed living for a family with child. It´s off the main street, surrounded by rocks and directly located at the beach.

This house is good for a small familiy (Partents with one child). Only the Window to the pool is a "custom content";
everything else is from Maxis.

the tricky one is the Pool connected to the house the way, that you can look "INTO" the pool instead just on to the pool (see the in game shot).

Just thought I can upload a new house with an "aquarium like" pool, but I´m a little confused  . I saw a lot of uploads showing more pics than just one in the posts. How does that works when I can upload just 1 picture ? The last time I uploaded a lot, I could show at least 8 pictures (I would have 4 pics for my little house this time). Hope you can help me with my question.

but comes up with a total of 12 Apartment-Units down the hill on a slope.



It´s completely unfurnished and ´ve also not done any walls inside the single apartment units. This will give you a maximum free zone for your own ideas.



In front of the Apartment House you´ll find a playground on the right and a pond with seatings on the left.



The apartments on the forth floor (down the hill) have a little garden. All other apartments have a balcony.

Basement has an Indoor-Pool and a free room (maybe usefull as hobby-room)

 

Main Floor has 1 Bathroom and enough place for kitchen and living and bedroom

 

1st. Floor has 1 Bathroom and another free room (bedroom)



It comes with just a few trees in the front, because I think you´re much better in gardening than I am.
