I´ll try Sleepycat´s new beach terrains in my game to see, if I can place the lots there, because I have no idea why it´s not working for you.

Hi jsalemi, I´m sure you have the BonVoyage on your PC, right. What I did was downloading the "Sand Simolean Point" from Phaenoh at modthesim2. On this SC4 Terrain you can place many of the special "beach lots" from BV. I have not yet tried to use my houses on a "regular" SC4 Terrain.

Did you try to place the houses on the Twikkii-Island ? Somethimes also some Decos in the Neighborhood near the Beach are blocking the chance to place the lots there.

I had the same problem when I started to play BV. I wanted to built a new hotel and tried to place a beach lot at the seaside but couldn´t. After deleting some rocks and palm tree I could :-)

Meanwhile there are a lot of SC4-Terrains for the use of the "beach lots" from BV. They are really great and maybe you should give them a try.

The other levels are visible only from the ocean side.

- On the first floor I have 3 rooms, which I used for office, kitchen and dining
- the lower floor I used for 2 bedrooms and a bathroom
- the basment for the living room

The house comes with almost no inner walls and no furniture. So you have all possibilities to let your phantasy flow :iconbigg:

From the street side it´s just a very small house to live, but from the Seaside it comes up with 3 floors and lot of place to chill out.

- You enter the house on the 1st floor with place for a kitchen, dinning room and bathroom.
- Down the spiral stair you´ll reach the Gallery with Balcony
- and again down the spiral stair to the Basement and the Beach

I´ve not included any Plants or furniture, because I have so many that I don´t think I could find all the correct links to the pages I got them from. Also there  are not very much walls on the 3 floors; so you´ll have plenty of space for your own gardening, building and furnishing.

Here comes a dorm I placed along a coast line. I created a complete university on an island and the look out of the dorm over the open see is something a student could like (I would !).

It has

- a Basment,
- a Lobby (Entrance) with 3 rooms (they have a sleeping and studying area)
- a 1st. Floor with 3 rooms (they have a sleeping and studying area) and a big balcony
- Lot Size: 5 x 5

Only the basement has a "complete" flooring. You have a free view up to the 1st. floor from there

This dorm comes unfurnished and with Maxis creations. Just the wall windows are custom content and included, because the dorm would loose everything with just the windows from Maxis.

Well, I got some mails that this lot is not working with the base game only. So, I thougt it is a good idea to create almost the same one with just the base game.

A big help was the "BaseGameStarter *PRO*" from Numenor which you can find here http://www.modthesims2.com/showthread.php?t=107015.

With this program you can play ONLY THE BASE GAME even when you have all EPs installed ! It works (you just need CD1 from the original Sims2) !!

The lot is smaler (5 x 5) and costs only $ 109,685.00 - There is a stairway to the center bungalow on 2nd floor but no more elevators ! No recolors, no new meshes - just the basic maxis stuff :lol:

Hi again, was kind of nervous in uploading my very first lot and forgot this picture which gives you a better look from above the lot :grin:

Hi everybody,

first of all thank you for all the great downloads here :grin: . My niece came up to me and asked for help in building a "Tree House" - until now I only caught downloads for her. So I thought I give it a try and did a tree house.

Well here it is and it came out as a really big one :lol: I started small but - see by yourself. I upload this, because my niece was so happy with it and perhaps you have a use for it !

There are 9 Bungalows up in the trees

In the back:

- 2 with just 1 single room (1st. floor left and right)
- 2 with just 1 single room and the elevator in the middle (3rd. floor)

In the front:

- 4 with 2 small rooms and a corridor for coming out of the elevator (1st. and 3rd. floor)

In the Center of all those bugalows:

- 1 with 3 rooms and the elevator in the middle (2nd. floor).

Also on the 2nd. floor are 4 decks above each bungalow of the first floor. So, what do you think about it ? Hope you like it, your
