Lately every time I load up my game launcher it takes 10 to 15 minutes to load. Is that normal? Has anyone else had this problem? How can I fix it?

This has never happened before, but lately I havent been able to create a sim. I can load up CAS and all the content, sims, ect, but I cant alter the sims features. Even when my sim has a baby, the baby looks nothing like their parents. They come with a face from the face templet in CAS. Anyone know what could be causing this?

Whenever I go to CAS and try to create a sim none of the stuff to morph the sims face and the maxis make-up shows up. It just all disappeared. I can't make any sims! Does anyone know what could be the problem?

Hi. I need help with the exchange downlaods. Everytime I try to download something, it tells me that my product isn't registered. I try to register it and it tells me that my key code is already in use! Can someone tell how to fix this

I heard they were coming out with a sims 3! Has anyone else heard of that rumor?
