Apologies first of all for the inadequate title, but creativity is not my strong point at the moment.

I'm looking for this top:

The image is from Liegen's site Digital Perversions, [here], in the preview picture for the 'Cut You From Ear to Ear' hair.

I've searched GoS and Digital Perversion, looking through the clothing downloads on both sites and the WCIF section of GoS. Though it mightn't have been the best look because I wasn't sure what search keywords would be best.

That being said, I haven't found the aforementioned top.

Any help would be much appreciated.

I noticed awhile ago that I am missing any and all text notifications (job promotions, school/work notifications etc). I can hear the sound as if they have appeared, but they are no where on the screen.
Previously I ignored it as a minor annoyance, but it has been bothering me more recently and so I'm searching for a solution.
What I am wondering is: has anyone else had this problem? Or is there any mod/bug that is known to cause this?
I was trying to check out the official TS2 website to see what the patches fix, but my internet trips out every time I try to load the pages, so I couldn't find out if this is a common bug that has been 'fixed' by one of the patches.

Any help would be much appreciated.

I wanted to know if it was safe to delete the premade neighbourhoods (Pleasantview, Strangetown, and Veronaville)??
If you install a new EP, will the neighbourhoods be re-installed to their original locations (N001, N002 & N003) - thus causing problems with custom neighbourhoods in those locations???

(My apologies if this thread is elsewhere, I looked and couldn't find anything)

Does anyone know if it is possible to expand lots in EP4? If so, how??
I know about the LotExpander 1.2.1, but it isn't compatible with EP4 (as far as I know)
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
