Do your sims have a yen for Christmas paintings?  Are their artistic impulses leaning towards fir trees and spangles?  Let them paint their little hearts out!  I've made replacement defaults for the pictures sims paint in-game. So they can paint their Christmas doodads without any fiddling about. When you're sick and tired of Christmas, just take them out of Downloads and scrap them :angel:

1)  I believe that is how the inteenimator works - the teen reverts to being a teen after the birth

2)  I'll leave that for someone else

3)  You need to read tutorials - some are here and lots of others if you do a google search of Sims 2 tutorials

When I had this problem I used Simwardrobe's Hack Conflict Detection Utility - here  It found the conflict in my game excellently.  Perhaps it would work for you.
