This kind of Ferris Wheel is some type of a crazy idea, with a hand holding the seats..Heeheehee

The animation is like one you've seen in your places. It is rotating..
Well,crazy work comes in a crazy idea..Hehehe

Well just enjoy it.It is good for your community parks..

The image here is not the actual animation of it, its just an image, but the animation in the actual game is slower and there are times that it rotates fast,then very fast..

This is from Maxis..I just put it in the lot..I got it from neighborhood..
I used the original mesh and recolor. But I got the animation from other object..
