I don't suppose anyone would know how to decipher a error log from Sims2?  I attempted too, and although it makes sense, I have no idea what I'm looking for.  I removed InSim and most of my errors went away. I'm having one still though that is driving me crazy trying to determine what it is.

Specifically, when my Sims go to a community lot everything works fine until I attempt to have them buy clothing.  As soon as my mouse cursor touched a clothing rack, before I even click, I get an error. I can reset, and reproduce it over and over again, and if I do a delete, whatever Sim I am controlling goes away. EEK!  I've been removing any of my Mods, to no avail so far.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Does it take you straight to the Buy/Build mode on the lot as soon as your Sim arrives at the shop?  That is what's been happening with my game...I've posted about this problem in ash577's thread (see the thread entitled "sim can't buy clothes?)

Do you have any food hacks in your game?  My guess is that's where the problem is.

Seeing as how fried chicken has nothing to do with buying clothing, I would be inclined to agree with Ancienthighway. Smiley

yes - ancient highway is right.  A lot of foods will be incompatible with the new EP, they always are.  And with the addition of the new clothing category, it is likely that a great many items will be problematic.  As an example of the changes, the Plant People use the former "Romance" data region for "Sun light", so if you have the fix mod that makes "Practice Romance" actually work, a Plant Person may actually benefit from jabbering and smooching up to the mirror by getting sun light

Yeah, I saw the "fried chicken" thing and thought, "W T F, who brought fried chicken?!"  I went through my stuff with clean installer and I have zero food mods, as I expected.

Does the InSimenator wardrobe adjustor work pre-Seasons fix?  My big thing is that I just would like all my BB sim guys (all hail the gods of BB sims :worship: ) to stop changing into wimpy little skinny guys in trench coats whenever they go outside.

I'll keep futzing around with my mods until I find the one that causes it though.

I don't know if I have that exact one, but I know I had something similar to that at some point.  Maybe I didn't get all the pieces removed.  Hmmmm...

Definitely worth checking out.  Thanks!

I think I might have found another mod causing this problem besides the 'Pregnancy Wear Any Outfit' one, which I don't have. After I removed the Smonaff's Change Clothes Pie Menu Option hack in my game, The clothes racks on the shopping lots don't have the issues that they did anymore.

Judging from these two mods, I think that any pre-Seasons mod that handles how you change clothes in the game might cause these problems.
