Lot Size: 3 x 3
Lot Price: 49,909.00

Along my Coastside I´ve found 2 more Slope-Areas to place a Beach House. So, here is my 2nd. House on a slope down Lot.

You will find 3 Floors with Split-Levels on each Floor; this time I  also have no regular Balcony - I´ve done 2 Roof-Terraces instead. It also has a Basement Garage and in the Backyard 2 terrace-leveled Grounds (Garden first and stairs down the Beach)

Following pictures I´ve done before I placed the Trees. Makes it easier for you to check the Lot.

First Floor / Entrance Level (Garage, Living, Kitchen, Dining and Bathroom - access to 1st. Roof-Terrace)

Downstairs (Place for Bedroom and Study - access to 2nd. Roof-Terrace and Garden Level)

Very Downstairs Cool (the 2nd. Bathroom - there was no Place for it on the Bedroom Level - and access to the Beach)

These Picture should give you another good look for the backyard of the Lot.

Have fun, your muenchkido

Hi, Im an older lady who is new to this downloading stuff, but, your house is enchanting and I would like to download it; but, before I do, when you give credits for something in your house, do I have to go there to get the thing so your house will work in my game?  By the way, THANK YOU!!! sooo much for sharing what appears to be many hours and days of work to create.  Ozarkgidget

Hi Ozarkgidget, I´m really happy that you like my house :worship:. Everything under "credits" come along with the house - you don´t need to visit each side to get the stuff.
What you need is a lot with a slope down !

Looks good in  pics but 2 floors on back of house are all under water & can't be decorated or played. What a disappointment that was.
