Uploading Sims

I have seen when people upload their sims and have the list of CC posted up by the sims2pack clean installer.  I was wondering how you get the list to show up?  I was considering uploading some of my pretty sims, but can't figure out how to get the list of their CC to show up on the clean installer the way other people do.  Thanks in advance!

After you are done packaging your Sim, open up Clean Pack Installer and use Print Screen.

Then use a paint program to resize the picture.
