Finally managed to make a starter with a starter price. lol. Mostly cuz I cheated(not really) and made recolors of some Maxis build pieces and set the price at "0" for those. I don't feel guilty, tho, because lots of people do that. In this lot, all three of the inner floors are recolors by me of the gray Maxis cement flooring. I believe it is called "Sid's Cement" or something like that. I also changed the tile pattern on it so that now instead of a 1x1 tile, it is set for 5x5, which makes the floor look more like large cement slabs, which I love. The red is sort of bright, but the white and black spots make it look like a painted cement floor with the paint wearing off, IMO. I also love the blue and green recolors of the same floor I did. On the outside, the washed out siding with the palest blue color is my recolor of Maxis' Simply Siding in "Salt". I also did a green recolor, which is a bit brighter than the blue but has that same washed out appearance.

The price for this lot, unfurnished, is $16,814 as is. If this lot gets good enough feedback, I am hoping to upload it to MTS2 as soon as my upload restriction is over. Does anyone know how long those usually last?

Once again I have used one of Aelflaed's Sunnyside Residential Mini Lots, the 2x1. They are great for building the really small houses I do sometime. They also keep you(me) from making the house too large, thus going over the $20,000 starter price limit.

PS - If you are going to use my recolors in your uploads, my policy is that you must NEVER, EVER upload anything of mine to The Exchange, or to any pay sites.  Free sites are cool as long as you give proper credit.  Enjoy
