I posted this topic before, but it didn't show up, so here it is again.

This is my first upload.

I created my dreamhouse in the Sims 2 and I decided to upload it.

On every floor:
- Lights.
- Alarms.
- Phones.
- Smoke alarms.

Ground floor:
- Swimmingpool and a hot tub.
- Sauna.
- Massage room.
- Bowling Alley, cardtable, biljart table and a stereo. (The room has discolights.)
- Badroom.
- 2 garages, in total for 6 cars.

First floor:
- Large entrance.
- Kitchen with attached balcony. (table, chairs and bbq)
- 2nd kitchen. (empty)
- Diningroom.
- Badroom.
- Livingroom with attached balcony. (table, chairs and telescope)
- Studyroom.
- Secretroom. (empty)
- Open to poolarea.

Second floor:
- Mastersuite with ensuite badroom and walk-in-closet.
- 3 bedrooms with ensuite badrooms.
- 2 nurseries (1 room for 3 boy, 1 room for 3 girl) with combined ensuite badroom. (The badroom also has a door to the hallway.)
- Open to entrance.
- 2 balconies

Outside:
- Swimmingpool and hot tub.
- Childrens play area.
- BBQ area.
- Fishingpond.
- Flowerbeds.
- 2 fountains.
- Lights.
- Space for 2 cars.

No CC.

The furnishing is very simple. The masterbedroom and 1 of the bedrooms have dubble beds. 1 room has 3 single beds and 1 room has 4 single beds. It's not the house I play in, because I use CC. However, I still really like it.

The sinks are the ones from maxis, however it looks different in the pictures.

Lot: 5x6.
Costs: 460.296
EP & SP: I have all of them, however, I do not know which ones you really need. I'll see if I can find out.

I'll post more pictures in the reply. I hope you love it as much as I do.

Josette

Edited by Jenna: I replaced the original file with a cleaned version. The original one came packed to the gills with unnecessary recolors, game objects, and hacks. Cleaned version includes only the lot itself. Yay for no more clutter! Download link is at the bottom of this post.

More pictures of my dreamhouse.

Josette, while you may not have used any CC in building the house, your game packaged up the lot with recolors from just about every item you used to furnish it. In addition, it also packed up other odds and ends such as hacks and objects.

When uploading future lots, always double check them with Sims2Pack Clean Installer to ensure that no extra clutter is being included. Ali made a nice tutorial that'll show you how in this thread here.

For the time, I've removed your original upload and replaced it with a cleaned version. It's quite the nice house, by the way.

Thanks JENNY66_66!

I'm going to change it a bit, because I just saw that you can see from the second floor into the toilets of the first floor.  shocked That isn't working for me.  cool
