No Autonomous Wand Waving

In Apartment Life, my witch does this silly wand-waving animation when she's idle.  I'd like her to stop.  (Free will is disabled.)

Carrigon already made this mod for Apartment Life: No Idle Witch Anims AL that only affects your Sim witches but not the NPC Witches. They have their own routines separate from your Sim witches to go through each time they visit the community lot(s). Try this mod and see if this is what you're looking for.
