I remember a long time ago (well over a year ago) that I had downloaded a mod to stop sims from autonomously walking over to a sleeping baby/toddler's crib and picking them up to do whatever while the baby/toddler was sleeping.  Recently, one of my sims hired a butler and he has this extremely annoying habit of lifting the toddler sim out of her crib while she's trying to sleep.  I've looked around and have not had any luck finding this mod.  Hopefully someone out there knows what I'm talking about and can point me in the right direction...if not, I humbly request a mod like this be made because it's one of the more annoying things in the game.

Yes, there are three different mods to address the issues you're experiencing. They're done by Twojeff at Simbology, Pescado at MATY and Squinge here.

TJ's No Baby Toddler Swarming - Read the description and decide for yourself if you want this type of mod.

Pescado's No Baby Harassment - Read the description thoroughly before you decide if you want to use this mod.

Squinge's Anti-Baby Abuse Collection - Read the description and decide if you want this for yourself.

Keep in mind to choose only ONE mod from the above to install.

Hope these are the ones you're looking for.
