I don't know if anyone will take it on or not, if we stay true to our principles the answer would be "not" because it is the intellectual product of someone else and I don't think anyone wishes to speak to that individual at this point in time to obtain permission to tinker with it. However, there are alternatives, I've quit using InSimenator myself and switched to the Sim Blender

which does pretty much many of the same things, but has a different GUI. It is a single ficus plant (yes, I managed to not misspell it on purpose) that has a menu to accomplish whatever. The documentation is in the download article. I don't much care for the personality cheat in the Blender, but for that one can always boolprop the bars, for that and for interests.
