Just followed a link to TSR and had to chuckle at the following message from my work's webfilter program:

to me it seems that your work does not want you to download anything to their computers.
TSR is not malicous your works webfilter decected it as a what i call (a unedcational or work related rescource.)

TBH, I'm not surprised... especially with their infected "PDF" incident that happened. Same thing that happened to InSIM before the move... only you didn't see us getting blocked off. Cheesy
