Smooth Talk Interaction For All

I did a quick search on this, but couldn't find much in the way of answers though there does seem to be an interest out there. My request is for an interaction via the Pie Menu to permit all sims the 4th level Romance Aspiration "Smooth Talk." Is this possible? Thanks in advance for your reply.

Yeah, I did a search on the smooth talk topic and your post(s) came up. But, as no one answered them, I thought maybe they were overlooked (somehow) and could bear repeating. I think the idea for this type of mod is good. Crimenee....I forgot to list what expansions I have.

I understand Chaavik maybe it could be looked into this time though....
