Hello, I have 1 house that has trees inside my house but no other, how can I fix this and how did it get that way?

I am going to guess that there was neighborhood trees in the spot where you put your lot. in neighborhood view move your lot to another location. If you really really want it where it is now, remove the trees and move it back.
